"Great Customer Service, But Leggings Might Be Oversized"
These leggings definitely run larger than expected. I figured this out after getting a style box that included them, and they were way too big for me. When they mention that a size 3X corresponds to a 22/24, it honestly feels more like a 26/28 or even a 4X. Luckily, I managed to chat with a customer service rep who helped me swap my leggings before they shipped out. I was pleasantly surprised that I actually got a response from a real person!
Once I got the right size, the leggings felt amazing and stayed put. My only complaint is that I wish they offered more vibrant colors, textures, and patterns. A lot of the options seem pretty muted, but I’m all about those bold colors, so it might just be my personal preference.
